Payment Terms:
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Payments may be made by company check, Money Order or PayPal.
Payment is due 7 days prior to start of promotion/campaign.
Termination
There are no cancellation or changes to an advertisement once
the advertisement has been submitted, approved by both ContestHound.ca
and the Advertiser, and uploaded to the ContestHound.ca Canada
web site.

shall not be held liable for any late, lost, delayed, damaged,
misdirected, stolen, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible correspondence;
telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network,

computer transmissions; injuries, losses, or damages of any kind
arising in connection including without limitation, personal injury,
death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights,
